Green Food Tech
Dr. Sergey Mikhaylin has been involved in organizing the Green Food Tech conference since its first edition in 2018. This international conference, focused on innovations in sustainable food, was initiated by INAF, Université Laval, and CRIBIQ.
The Green Food Tech conference brings together key players in the agri-food sector to discuss sustainable food processes, the production of innovative and nutritional ingredients and foods, and the reduction of food loss and waste.
Previous editions of Green Food Tech have been held:
- In Quebec City (Canada) in 2018
- Remotely in 2021
- In Montreal (Canada) in 2023
For the 2025 edition, the Green Food Tech conference will take place in Saint-Malo (France) from April 9 to 11 and is organized jointly by INRAE, the University of Lille, STLO, and BioEcoAgro. To learn more about this 4th edition, you can visit the congress website!
