Several members of our team had the opportunity to participate in the 4th edition of the Green Food Tech conference, held in Saint-Malo from April 9 to 11, 2025. This scientific event brought together researchers and professionals to discuss topics related to our work, such as reducing food loss and waste, as well as analyzing the sustainability of food systems using multi-criteria methods.

Students were able to share their research results in the form of scientific posters and flash presentations, thus fostering discussion and raising awareness of their work in a stimulating environment.

Beyond the presentations, this conference also served as an opportunity to strengthen ties within the team, in a friendly and enriching atmosphere.
